Rodeo fans in the South, grab your hat and boots and make plans to join us on May 31st for an unforgettable experience! Our 2025 theme is: Celebrating Heritage, History & Hope!

Join thousands of enthusiastic rodeo fans for an event that highlights local and national African-American rodeo competitors and embraces the rich tradition of Black rodeos, Tennessee & Juneteenth.

The action-packed rodeo will feature: bull riding; tie down roping; steer wrestling; ranch bronc; ladies steer undecorating; ladies barrels; team roping; pony express; junior barrels; and mutton bustin' for the little ones.

Get excited during the grand entry parade and presentation featuring Black cowboy and cowgirl history. Join in the laughs with banter from the rodeo announcer and rodeo crew. Dance to a mix of music by a live DJ. And, cheer on the contestants as they muster up lots of good ol'-fashioned grit and gumption for prize money and bragging rights!

When you purchase tickets to a Black Rodeo USA show, you are supporting the work of Black Rodeo USA Foundation to empower youth and the community at large through experiential and educational opportunities. A portion of ticket sales benefits the programs and initiatives of Black Rodeo USA Foundation.

• Times: 1pm and 7pm; gates open at 11:30am and 5:30pm, respectively
• Location: Cooper Steel Arena, 721 Whitthorne Street, Shelbyville, TN 37160

• Tickets: $30 Main Seating; $45 Front Row Seating. All seating general admission and individual stadium-style seating. Children 4 and older required to have a ticket. ***NO REFUNDS*** Price increases day of event at venue (if tickets available)  ***NO REFUNDS*** Children 3 and under free with a paying adult; must be seated in adult's lap and not occupying a seat.  ***NO REFUNDS***

TICKET SELLERS / THIRD-PARTY TICKETS

Any tickets purchased by ticket resellers WILL NOT BE HONORED at the venue. If you are a ticket reseller and have by chance set up event pages and sold tickets, you must contact Black Rodeo USA to provide the names of the actual buyer(s)/attendee(s). You, as the ticket reseller, as well as the actual ticket purchaser WILL NOT receive a ticket; the actual attendee must provide the ticket purchaser's name AND ticket number at Will Call.
